Authenticity is at the core of SECONDS BY EN. Every watch we offer goes through a detailed, multi-step inspection process to ensure it is exactly as described and 100% authentic. I personally review and verify each piece before it’s listed, so you can shop with complete confidence.

Where do your watches come from?
Our inventory is carefully curated from trusted sources, including authorized retailers, vetted B2B suppliers, and private collectors. Every piece is put through our thorough authentication and verification process before it ever reaches you.

How can I pay?
We offer multiple secure payment options:

Bank Wire – Preferred method for high-value transactions. Please contact us before purchasing to arrange payment.

Zelle – Available for approved orders. Please contact us before purchasing to arrange payment.

Cash – Accepted for local pickups with prior approval.

When will my order ship?
• Orders are processed and shipped within two to three business days or sooner.

• Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

• If you need expedited shipping, contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

• Business days exclude Sundays and major holidays.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, finding a better price elsewhere, or sizing/fit issues.

• If there is an error with your order (wrong item sent or the item is significantly different from the description), we will correct the issue at no cost to you.
